TEXAID KfT
TEXAID KfT was established in 1999 as a plant dedicated to the sorting and sale of second-hand clothes, operating across 1,000 sqm of production space with a workforce of 30 employees. In 2008, the company became part of the Swiss-based TEXAID Textilwertungs-AG. The sorting plant has seen steady development since this acquisition, including technical upgrades and the extension of the production area to 2,000 sqm. With its workforce of 80 employees and a capacity for sorting and manufacturing up to 3,600 tons of cleaning cloths per year, the company has become a major player in the Hungarian textile waste recycling industry.
